This great 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom ski in / out apartment complex for 10 / 11 people puts you right on the slopes and in the centre of the world famous St.Anton apres ski bars. The apartment is set out over two floors with the
upper floor having two large balconies that have great views over the ski
slopes. It is very big at around 120 square metres and gives plenty of living space for a large family or mixed group. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with plenty of storage space. There are two double / twin bedrooms and two triple bedrooms. There is a ski & boot storage area as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is wireless internet throughout the whole apartment.
There are two living areas both of which are open plan so giving plenty of space for a large family or group to socialise. You have large floor to ceiling windows giving the apartment a light and spacious feel to it. There are HD flat
screen televisions and dvd players for your entertainment in the living areas. There are leather sofa's and relaxing chair in the living spaces. You also have a very large balcony with bench seating around the table. From the balcony you have amazing views over St.Anton and the mountains.
There are two very well equipped kitchens and open plan dining areas. There is a microwave and normal oven along with a coffee maker, toaster a kettle - in fact the kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need for a large group.
The apartment has a total of four bedrooms, 3 x triple and 1 x double / twin bedrooms. We can also add a fold out bed into the twin room. Each triple room has an Austrian twin bed and a single bed. An Austrian twin
is a large double sized bed frame with two single mattresses and singles duvets. These can be used for either a couple or for two singles. All bedrooms have a large amount of wardrobe space giving
plenty of room for all of your clothing and ski gear. Two of the bedrooms also have nice balconies looking out of the slopes. There is also the option to add a good quality fold out bed into one of the living areas to allow space for a maximum number of 12 guests.
This is a very modern apartment and the bathrooms are no exception.
Each bathroom has a power shower, toilet and wash basin. There is a good sized mirror above each wash basin, hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. We also supply very good quality super large bath towels.
There is a large ski & boot storage area where you can leave all of your equipment. There is also a washing machine a clothes dryer.
If you wish to go to the village centre in the evening it is about a 10 - 15 minute walk so we also include a free taxi service in the evening to the village centre and back. There are also 3 or 4 nice bars / restaurants within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment.
The apartment is situated in one of the very best spots in St.Anton. It is right on the ski slopes so that you can literally ski straight out of the door. It is also right in the heart of the famous apres ski bars! These bars all close by 8pm and from this point onwards it is one of the most peaceful
areas - so great if you have young kids and don't want to be woken up at night! In the evening you have fantastic views down the slopes over the village. You can sit on the balcony enjoying a drink and watch somewhat drunken apres skiers try and make it down the slopes - this is very funny!!
